A question I get asked a lot is, “How much does it cost to live there?” In this video, I’ll give you my monthly budget for living on the beach on Koh Phangan, my favorite island in Thailand. I’ll also try to give you a quick look at what your lifestyle will be like. Keep in mind, this budget is based on living there for a single month. I was paying rent based on nightly rates during the high season rather than a lease. I wasn’t really trying to watch my eating budget either. I would eat some cheap meals but I also dined at some of the nicest restaurants on the island.
